This Privacy Policy explains how AppX2025 (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the IceHawk mobile application (“the App”), available on Google Play store and Apple app store.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Bluetooth Information

The IceHawk App uses Bluetooth and Bluetooth Mesh to connect to IceHawk fishing devices. This includes:

• Scanning for nearby Bluetooth devices
• Connecting to mesh network nodes
• Sending and receiving mesh messages

Device Information

We may collect basic device information such as:

• Device model
• Operating system version
• Bluetooth capability status

Location Permission (Required by Android)

Android requires location permission for Bluetooth scanning. We do not collect, store, or transmit your location.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Information is used solely to:

• Discover and connect to IceHawk devices
• Control hardware features via Bluetooth Mesh
• Display device state in the App
• Enable firmware update functionality

DATA STORAGE

All mesh network data is stored only on your device. We do not upload or store any user data on external servers.

THIRD-PARTY SHARING

The IceHawk App does not share data with third parties and does not use analytics, ads, or tracking tools.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App does not collect personal information from children. It is safe for all ages.

DATA SECURITY

Since the App does not store personal data, no sensitive information is at risk. Device-level security protects any locally stored mesh configuration data.

YOUR RIGHTS

You may:

• Delete all App data by uninstalling the App
• Export or remove your mesh configuration

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
